Service-Based Projects

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once project work has started.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered if:

• A project has not been started.
• We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
• Duplicate payments were made accidentally.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after project commencement.
• Delays caused by the client.
• Completed milestones or delivered work.
• Third-party service costs, hosting fees, domain registrations, software licenses, or advertising expenses.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before project work begins. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback so that any concerns can be resolved promptly.
