Support Hours

Our standard support hours are:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (IST)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (IST)
• Sunday & public holidays: Limited support for urgent issues only

Messages received outside support hours will be reviewed on the next business day.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Clients with active maintenance plans receive priority support for updates, security patches, backups, and minor content changes. If you do not have a maintenance plan and need ongoing help, contact us to discuss a support package tailored to your needs.

Emergency Support

If your website is completely down or experiencing a critical security issue, mark your email subject line as URGENT or call us directly. We will prioritize the issue and work to restore service as soon as possible.
